Customer

The buyer must be of legal age or a minor must have the guardian’s permission to order.

Our website is always open. We will respond to your orders and contacts as soon as possible.

Ordering

Send us an email and tell us which product you are interested in, we will be happy to help you choose the right product.

Tariff

The prices indicated on the website include VAT, but not delivery costs. We reserve the right to price changes.

Delivery time

The delivery time for products found in stock is usually 1-4 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, etc.

Delivery of products

• Immediately after receiving the package, check that there is no damage caused during transportation. Report any damage to the forwarder immediately and tell them to write about the damage in the consignment note, also report the matter by email info@loukimotors.com.

• Check that the product you received is the same as the one you ordered

• Check the suitability of the products before installation

• We do not accept returned painted or installed products

• We do not accept returned products that have been modified

Right of withdrawal

Products ordered via mail order and distance selling have the right of cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act for 14 days after receiving the goods. This means that you can exchange or return the products you ordered, provided that:

• the product is unused and intact

• the return must be accompanied by a receipt/certificate of purchase and the customer’s contact information for a refund. It is worth e.g. printing the order confirmation or invoice received by e-mail and including your bank account number.

• also let us know if the reason for the return is a defect in the product, so we can examine the product and it won’t end up with another customer.

• separately ordered, individually manufactured parts do not have the right of exchange or return.
